Pool heat charged at $10/ night - specify if you require.

Rates subject to Florida state tax of 13%.

On all stays an end-of-rental $75 cleaning fee is charged

Non-refundable deposit of $200 is payable to secure your reservation.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday.

Fully refundable $200 'security deposit bond' is payable with the balancing payment. This will be banked and is refundable subject to no damages as per terms and conditions of rental.

Payment can be made by credit card (using PayPal), by wire transfer to US account or by GBP bank transfer or cheque.
